For Shipping and Return Policies

What is your shipping policy?

Orders for in-stock items are usually processed the same day however it may take up to 48 hours to be processed. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. QuackUps strive to have your order to you according to your chosen shipping method, but issues may arise beyond our control that can delay the delivery date. On each order, these shipping methods are available and will be charged accordingly: (All options do not include Saturday and Sunday) Ground: 3 to 5 Business Days Second Day Air: 2 Business Days Standard Overnight: 1 Business Day* If your order is placed after 11:00 AM PST, it will ship the next business day. Orders are available to ship within the United States. Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Delivery to military addresses may take up to 24 days via standard parcel/FedEx Smart Post. Deliveries to PO Boxes may take additional time, depending on the carrier. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska must ship Second Day Air: Two Business Days and do not qualify for Free Shipping on orders. How we determine shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address and on the selected shipping method. All shipping costs include handling and may be subject to tax. To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing information. The shipping rates by shipping service will be displayed. The total of your order, including merchandise, shipping, and tax, will be shown prior to your final confirmation. Please note that the order totals during your checkout reflect the estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your form of payment will include applicable state and local sales taxes and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Tracking your order: The tracking number will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout when the order leaves our warehouse. Simply click on the link provided in the email to track your package.

How long will my order take?

If your order is placed after 11:00 AM PST, it will be shipped the next business day. Ground: 3 to 5 Business Days.

What is your refund policy and do you accept returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Quackups.com offers returns for most items within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Before sending your return, please email our Consumer Service Team at support@quackups.com. After 30 days from the original date of purchase, all sales are final. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer unless it was due to a shipping error on our part. All returns must be in unused condition and in original factory packaging with all original packing materials. Please include a copy of the original packing list or the order number. Damaged items If a package arrives damaged, it’s best for you to refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, you should note the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier. Damaged products are allowed for replacement or credit within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Defective items Defective products are allowed for replacement or credit within 30 days of the original date of purchase or during the product warranty period. Please contact us at support@quackups.com before shipping the defective item back to Quackups. Exchanged items An exchange will be handled as a purchase/return. You should make a new purchase of the correct item and return the original item back to Quackups in unused condition. Order cancellation If you wish to cancel, please get in touch with us at support@quackups.com. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed by our fulfillment center. Orders are sent to our fulfillment center within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Credits All credits will be made back to the original payment method. Quackups will request a credit to your account within 14 business days from the date we receive and audit the return. If the item is not returned, then credit will not be issued. Please note that credit card companies vary in the time it takes to post credits to your account, and we cannot control when you will receive your credit. Can I exchange my order into another product?

An exchange will be handled as a purchase/return. You should make a new purchase of the correct item and return the original item back to Quackups in unused condition. I changed my mind and I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

If you wish to cancel, please get in touch with us at support@quackups.com. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed by our fulfillment center. Orders are sent to our fulfillment center within 30 minutes of your order being placed.

Sometimes during transit the pump gets disconnected from the solar panel which results in it not working properly and failing to produce the expected bubbling effect.

Troubleshooting Tips

Having trouble with your solar panel staying in place?

If the solar panel is not staying put, it might be because the foam is filled with air bubbles. To fix this, just give the foam a good squeeze to dry it out, and then reattach it to the back of the solar panel. This should help keep it securely in place.

Hummingbird Solar Bird Bath Fountain

This video demonstrates the Bubbler's intended performance, designed to ripple water, attract hummingbirds, and be visually appealing. If the solar disk doesn't fit flat, adjust the pump wire's position under it. If the solar pump isn't working, ensure it's receiving direct sunlight; obstruction by buildings, trees, or clouds may affect performance, as well as hazy skies despite bright sunlight.
